Founder

The Founder established the Institute under U.S. federal law and is accountable to relevant authorities. The Founder oversees and leads the Board of Directors and may participate in its meetings.

• Amend or revoke the by-laws
• Elect Chair of the Board (3 year term)
• Elect Deputy Chair (3 year term)

• Convene quarterly council meetings
• Guide strategic decisions
• Safeguard institute objectives
• Oversee Executive Committee

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Organize members
• Provide financial reports
• Implement programmes
• Monitor compliance
